The designs and products have been acclaimed in the media for their innovative style and design.
1990-1991 Macemain Engineering - Design Consultant - Street Furniture Sought by the MD of Macemain to undertake a one-year design contract for a particular project, to design a new range of Street Furniture for the 90's and to extend the range against strong French competition.
1978-1990 Managing Director, Oxford Design Trading Limited Managing Director, Mulrose Limited Furniture design and development/manufacturing Companies Founded and financed the company engaged in the design, manufacture and distribution of furniture. Responsibilities covered all aspects, including design, sales, manufacture and accounts. From a start-up of a sole trader, within 4 years there were twenty seven employees. Mulrose Limited manufactured a large proportion of tables sold in Habitat and Conran America. Oxford Designs was a development and Subsidiary of Mulrose, formed in order to develop new products. There was extensive media attention to the designs including an interview for The Money Programme in 1981.
The companies ceased trading in 1990 as a result of diminishing consumer demand and the impending economic downturn
1977 The New Federal Capital of Nigeria - Graphic Design Consultant Responsible for producing the graphics for the masterplan of the new Federal Capital for the Nigerian Government. Abuja has since been built and is now the Federal Capital
1976-1977 The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ministry of Defence - Graphic Design Consultant An important and high-profile role. Headed a team responsible for producing design reports for the new International Airport at Dhahran. This was followed the following year with a similar role for the proposed new Air defence system for the whole of Saudi Arabia.

1973-1976 Milton Keynes Development Corporation - City image design Responsible for the design and implementation of some of the street furniture for Milton Keynes including the perforated metal bench seat now seen all over the country on Railway stations.

On leaving the Royal Collage of Art, worked as a design consultant to a number of companies. 1964 Shell Oil UK - Mural for Shell Centre While I was a student at The Royal Collage of Art, he was personally asked by Directors of Shell to design a Mural for the then new Shell Centre.
